The IA-3117-U2i-P is an innovative Solid Relays Source kind, CE and FCC approved ROHS compliant Relay Controller board. This industrial grade module is being controlled by an isolated USB port, avoiding most ground loops and EMI/RFI noise issues. The IA-3117U2i-P includes 16 Solid-State kind Relays, 16 Isolated Digital Inputs, extra high speed RS-232 ports for simple and easy chaining, as well as extra watchdog facility to safely handle PC and Communication critical faults. This innovative Controller makes use of extremely low resistance Mosfet components providing high efficient high power output stages with a significant low temperature rise, excellent vibration resistance and endless expected operation cycles comparing to the original relays. The Isolated Digital Inputs support “Dry-Contact” inputs as well as Negative and positive “Wet” signals, at the same operation mode. Moreover, the onboard optical isolation source may be switched off, fitting different wiring methods. The IA-3117-U2i-P software support package includes Setup, Configuration and Operation utilities, open source examples, Visual Studio and Labview drivers.
